What is this service about?

This platform allows users to store heartfelt messages, memories, or final words securely and digitally, to be delivered to loved ones after their passing.

Is this a legal will?

No. This is not a legal will. It is an emotional or digital will, meant to share personal messages, thoughts, or farewells — not legal or financial instructions.

Who will receive my messages?

You can assign specific recipients for each message. When the time comes, your messages will be sent to them privately and securely.

How do you know when to send the message?

We perform periodic check-ins to confirm your well-being. If no response is received over a defined period, the system will initiate the process to release your stored messages to designated recipients.

Account & Message Management

How do you know when to send my message?

We use periodic check-ins to confirm you’re still active. If no response is received over a set period, we’ll initiate the delivery process.

  • First Check-In On Your Birthday Day
  • 1st Reminder – 3 days upon no response on 1st Check-in
  • 2nd Reminder – 4 days upon no response 1st Reminder
  • We initiate a call to your recipient to confirm on your well-being
  • Upon confirmation, we will deliver your message to your recipient.
Can someone else trigger the message delivery?

No. Only the system-triggered protocol based on your inactivity can initiate the release — ensuring your privacy and control.

Can I update my messages after uploading them?

Yes, you can edit, replace, or delete your messages at any time through your user dashboard.

How many recipients can I assign?

That depends on your selected plan. Each plan allows a set number of recipients. You can manage or change them as needed.

Can I schedule when the message is delivered?

Message delivery is triggered after a period of inactivity (via check-ins), not by fixed dates. This helps ensure it is only sent when needed.

Alternatively, you could contact our support if you have a specific date in your mind. We are here for you.

Privacy & Security

Is my data private and secure?

Yes. We use encryption and secure storage to protect your data. Only you and your chosen recipients will ever see your messages.

What if I change my mind?

You can delete your messages or deactivate your account at any time. If deleted, your data will not be sent to anyone.

Who can access my uploaded messages and files?

Only the recipients you choose will receive the message. Until delivery is triggered, no one (not even our team) can access your content.

Do you share my data with third parties?

No. We do not sell, share, or trade your information with third parties. Your privacy is our top priority.

Is my payment information stored securely?

All payments are processed through secure, third-party providers. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.

Are there file size limits?

Yes. Each plan has a storage cap, for example:

  • Basic: 5MB total

  • Standard: 15MB

  • Premium: 30MB+
